To be honest with ya, we ate this dinner yesterday… which means Halloween Eve (not sure if day like that exist, but for this post purpose it does). But it looks cool and very Halloween-y, right?
What’s in it:
As we have no problems eating leftovers from previous day it was easy to just use the rest of delicious roasted chicken. Chopped the meat and fried with spring onion, mushrooms and honey gravy (left from previous day too). We both love cheese so I layered a good amount of French Brie, Goat Cheese and Parmesan between the chicken stuffing. Placed in ceramic dish with lid and cooked till pepper become soft.
You can stuff your peppers as you like of course. One is guaranteed: it will taste lovely :)
