Oat Cookies with Raspberries

Oat Cookies with (alcoholic) Raspberries was my choice for this Sunday sweet treat. Well, the recipe doesn’t say anything about alcoholic raspberries but I decided to use my special fruits which left after last Sunday when I pour raspberry liquor to the bottles. Those alcoholic raspberries are fantastic to all sorts of cakes, cookies, sauces etc.

I came across this recipe yesterday evening browsing very nice blog called Make Life Easier  .There is much more lovely recipes to try…

What you need to make them for yourself:

Full recipe:
1/2 pack of fresh raspberries
60g of butter
125g sugar
1 egg
60g plain flour
1 tsp of backing powder
170g of oat flakes
pinch of salt
additionally raisins

How to make it?

Mix butter & sugar to smooth, add full egg. Mix.
Add sifted flour, backing powder & salt. Mix gently.
Add oat flakes & raisins. Mix.
Add raspberries and mix properly.

Pre heat the oven to 180 C, cover the backing tray with backing paper and bake the cookies 15 min
(or bit longer if needed).

Bon Appétit!

    • Is easier to explain yourself that 10 oat cookies are healthier than other sweets, haha :) I have the same, I love oatmeal cookies. They are so easy to custom adding your favourite fruits or seeds. A few months ago I published other oat cookies pictures, but no recipe. I will up date it, so you can try :)
