Blueberry Juice

Summer is such a fantastic time of the year. Lots of fruits and vegetables everywhere, everything nice and fresh. I love it! Same I love preserving all those fruits & vegetables for later of the year. For Autumn and looooooong Winter. I share already my Spring Syrup (made first time !). Today I’m happy to show you a few jars of blueberry juice I made and nicely dressed with another re-cycled cotton – previously my Partner’s shirt, now very useful piece of lovely fabric :)

This blueberries are straight from the forest, yes, forest. In Poland very popular to go to the forest and pick the blueberries. Lots of people sell them at the green market (I actually bought them at the market). Those blueberries growing only in the forests (leaf trees forests, not the needle ones!) and they are much more healthy and full of good things for your health than those American Blueberries which you can buy and plant in your back garden. I don’t know if other countries have those wild blueberries in theirs forests, but Poland is full of them during June & July.

Those blueberries are very good for your eyes for example! Good for stomach too and for your brain. And incredibly tasty … ah, and they easily colour your fingers, tongue & mouth in that deep purple colour….. difficult to wash out :) That is rather not  a good thing…

Here my lovely jars with Wild Blueberry Juice in !
