Well…..yes, I’m familiar with alcohol.
Last Summer I decided to prepare first in my life set of liqueurs. Why? Because in the garden behind my house (long time ago) Granddad planted blackcurrants & plum trees who brought some fruits and berries.
So, now we have (still but is going out pretty quick:) amazing Blackcurrant Liqueur and gorgeous Plum Liqueur. They both are very tasty, with fantastic smell of fruits not alcohol, have good percentage and such a rich colour. Fantastic for Winter time, short days, to celebrate smaller & bigger achievements and to help when mood is worse than good:)
Around the house Mum planted amazing Mint who delivered lots of fresh leafs & branches during Spring, Summer & Autumn. Some of them I dried, some squeezed to make pure mint juice and iced in ice-cubs form (great for cooking and extra fresh bits to all sorts of drinks). As a one more option to use Mint I decided to make Mint Liquer. Is bit sweet for me, but still tasty.
Have a look for this alcoholic galleria :)
